MMG Pre-Owned Komani is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and people-focused Pre-Owned Sales Manager to drive the growth of our pre-owned vehicle business. Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a pre-owned sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage stock acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory mix to ensure vehicles are sold efficiently and competitively.
  • Maximise opportunities from the wider MMG Group stock pool of 500+ used vehicles.
  • Oversee trade-in valuations, deal structuring, and deal profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity to keep the department competitive.
  • Work closely with F&I, and aftersales teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain strong compliance with company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Drive disciplined customer relationship management, follow-up, and sales process management across the team.

What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in used or pre-owned vehicle sales management.
  • Strong ability to lead a sales team and deliver measurable results.
  • Sound knowledge of vehicle valuation, trade-ins, and stock control.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on service excellence and repeat business.
  • Valid driver’s license
